I was always the girl who wasn't beautiful and i was also a quiet girl. i had many friends ,2 or 3 best friends and i had no luck in boys...
i lived a tragic love crush when i was 16 and then i told myself that i didn't want any love or boy and i wanted to stuck with my studies only.... but a month before i become 17 i met a boy that had everything i liked...long hair, cute features, elegant and gothic-metal style...same favorites in music and life.. we talked via internet but we had met a long time before we start talking... then i hadn't noticed that was everything i ever wanted...he was going on the next school of my school and soon we became good friends and we spent many hours together just talking about our dreams and fears..
a month before my birthday i told him that i liked him but he did't say anything...i was worried but i was happy because at least it was the first time in my life that i wasn't scared to talk to a boy about my feelings... the days passed and i thought that nothing could happened between us...but one day in a party we just kissed and from that day and now (3 years and a couple of months...) we are together and we care about each other...and i am happy :)
he is my inspiration, my passion, my strength , my everything and i don't regret about my past or my lost loves because i know that this is my real love and i won't change it for anything :)

please excuse my english :$

I met my now husband when we were both 23. At the time I wanted a relationship but not marriage. We had some difficult times but I did not want to give up on the relationship. We were together for 25 years before getting married.
I was laid off from my job then. I saw it as an opportunity to take a long vacation. I planned a month-long trip for us to Australia. Right before we left on the trip we got married so that his health insurance would cover me. We've been married for 10 years now and we could not be happier.

First time I kissed my current boyfriend we had stayed over late at our friend's house and there was not enough room in their house for both of us to sleep. They had a tent set up in the backyard and he offered to sleep out there so I could sleep on the couch. But during the night I decided to sneak out since I'd been trying to hang out with him alone for a long time and it never seemed to work out. We ended up talking for quite awhile before I realized he was too nervous to kiss me so I built up the confidence to do it first. We've been together for over 3 years now, which just goes to show you that if you get the chance, take it. I never regretted it.

My fiance and I are highschool sweethearts. He's my first and only love. He asked me out through a text message! I had no idea what to say, I had only known him for a week and he asked if I thought there could be something between us. I still remember that day... Heart racing, nervous, what should I say? He asked me to marry him 2 years ago as of today. We're getting married this September, which will be our 5 year anniversary. I couldn't want anything more!

My husband and I started off as friends (like in most love stories) -- we would watch movies together, go to local events, and attend dinner parties -- but we never took it to the next level, because I didn't see him in that way (at first).

That all changed when my Grandfather died. I was devastated, and instead of just a simple "I'm sorry for your loss" message, my now husband took care of my broken heart by cooking me dinner, renting my favorite movie, and staying up with me all night as I cried. He was there everyday from the moment I learned of my Grandfather's death until I left to go home to attend his funeral.

Upon returning from the funeral, my now husband and I began dating. I finally saw in him the compassion and care that I had always hoped for in a man, and kicked myself for not realizing earlier that the perfect man for me had always been right in front of my eyes.

We celebrated 3 years of marriage this winter and are expecting our second child in 3 weeks. I am blessed to have him!

I met my husband when I was 6 and he was 8. I have this memory of him chasing me around the pear tree, being so embarrassed that this boy liked me. Of course as fate would have it, I spent the next 16 years wishing he'd notice me again! We never dated in high school; I made it my goal to blend in and he was in the popular crowd. He readily admits he didn't know we went to the same school until he was a senior and I a junior! (We went to a *small* school) After we'd been out of school for a couple of years we hung out a couple times. But he just didn't seem interested. Eventually I gave up and figured we'd just be great friends. Queue Valentine's Day 2005. I get a call from him asking me if I wanted to go to a movie(a horror one). Sure! Why not? We're just friends. It wasn't until 2 weeks later I realized it was a date! And this time, he kept calling. He kept emailing. I made him work for it (haha) but in March 2006 we were married. It is interesting to me how much I assumed of him and he of me as we were growing up, only to find out we were both wrong in the best way. There is no doubt in my mind that he was intended just for me.

I was 14 years old when my best friend set me up with her much older brother. 8 years older! Yes I was sooo young! My first Valentine card that I got from him read something like "Hopes and dreams I am wishing will come true". We dated for about 4 years and then got married. A lot of our dating was on horseback. Can you imagine having kisses while on different horses? or putting our horses in an abandoned barn as we run through the woods? Such good memories! We had children 3 girls and a son that passed away in infancy. Life has been challenging but so good as time goes on and the changes and experiences of life pass over us. We are now grandparents to 1 granddaughter and 2 grandsons. This April will be our 33rd wedding anniversary.I am so blessed!
I would love this necklace.

I met my husband while teaching English in Italy. We had a special connection from the first time we met, but I had to leave Italy because the school I worked for didn't get me a work visa. I broke up with F when I went back to the US, but he wrote and sent me gifts for a year. I went back to Italy to visit him and he took me on a driving tour all around Italy and we fell in love. By that time, however, I was teaching in Japan, so he came to visit me there! Finally, he convinced me to return to Italy. We have been married for 17 years and have two sons!

I don't believed in destiny not until I met this man, named Orlando "Ogz" Galuza. We first met May 23, 2005 in a mountaineering event. I am not a mountaineer nor I love mountains especially the heat of the sun. We have met through my former boyfriend. It was month of May 2005, when my boyfriend back then, asked me to join a climb for a cause in Benguet province. The project was called "Big Brother, Big Sister (BBBS)". This aimed to donate books and school supplies for the less fortunate children in Mountain Province. But aside from donating cash, the challenge is to bring all the book and school supplies to the students that are located on top of the mountain. We have to walk long hours just to reach them. Since, I was invited by my boyfriend (now my ex), I decided to join despite of the fact that it will be physically dehydrating and exhausting. There I met him, and found out that Ogz is the founder of the said project. I don't even gave a second glance at him because I already had a boyfriend by that time and it happened to be his friend. But because Ogz is a friend of my boyfriend, I got acquainted with him and share some conversation with him. But still no spark because I am dead over heels in love with my boyfriend then. The climb ended and we go back to Manila, without me noticing, Ogz and I are exchanging emails and text messages. That's the start of our closeness. I even went watching a movie with him without my boyfriend knowing it. A month after that, I found myself talking to my boyfriend and asking him to call it quits. I want to broke up with him. He asked me why then I told him the whole story, my former boyfriend is so angry because of all people its his friend I am start loving. But love really conquers all, I accepted Ogz to be my boyfriend even if we knew that his friends and barkadas are all against me. From that time on, we shared a lot of moments together. I am not an outdoor person but because of him, I have tried to be one. He really makes me feel so very special every day. We are enjoying every momEarthlinggorgeous.com ent that we are together. But still, we have not forgotten to iron out everything between his friends and me. Now, I can say that everything is so much okay. July 24, 2008 when we finally tied the knot. Now, we have a 15-months old baby boy. And as days, months passes by our love for each other became stronger and stronger. And we are truly a free-spirited couple because we fought for our love no matter how hard it is. And now as the saying goes, we lived happily ever after.

Soon, it will be four years since we've been together, but the great memories started to build before we were even a couple.
But he wanted to. He wooed me, in fact, and in the most unique way ever:
one night he stayed up making me a lotus flower out of... chocolate breakfast cereal. He lovingly glued the flakes together, one by one, to make his own version of a lotus flower, that matched my skin tone.
The fact that our skin tones didn't quite match was and still is a problem, particularly with my parents. But I (still) have this lotus (now kept in a box and a little bit moldy -_-;; ), to remind me that I am his lotus. And that some things are worth fighting for.

I didn't really believe in love, or so I thought. Then one day, when I was 17, I met this boy in class. He wasn't the type I normally fell for but I was instantly attracted to him. After working on a large project in school together, we became really close friends, which eventually lead to him becoming my boyfriend. Now I'm in love with one of my best friends (:
