My mother is known for her amazing talents in the kitchen. So I stole this recipe for Paraguayan Empanadas to make for my husband on his b-day. They are soooooo delicious but take a lot of time to make since I made the dough from scratch. This is a once a year deal, just like his birthday. I only make them for the 2 of us.
